How Do You Receive Your Purchase

PDF Files: GUISD & GJIA

• If you purchased a pdf file, you can download it to your computer after the credit card is approved.
• If you do not download at time of purchase, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to return to the stie and complete the download.
• PDF files will not be e-mailed to you.

GUISD Paper Copies

Paper copies will be mailed via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Packages are delivered within the United States in 2-3 days. Please note that GUISD office hours are from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Orders placed at the end of the day may not be shipped until the next day.

GJIA Journals

Issues of the Georgetown Journal of International Affairs will be shipped from the GJIA office.

GJIA purchases includes the price of shipping.

GUISD only asks for the information needed to complete your order.

None of this information is shared with anyone outside of GUISD.

GUISD will not send advertisements to you based on any purchases on this site.

Connection Problems

1. Logged In: If you are logged in, please log out. If you are not logged in, go to the next step.

2. Click the following link: ResetConnection.

3. Try again. If the browser you are using is not working, try another browser.

4. Still not working? Clear you Internet Cache.

• In Firefox 3.5:
• Click Tools
• Clear Recent History
• Check Cache [other options do not need to be checked]
• Clear now.
• Close the browser. Restart the brower.
• Go back to www.guisd.org.

• In Internet Explorer 8:
• Tools
• Internet Options
• Browsing History, Delete
• Check Temporary Internet Files [you do not need to check the other options
• Delete
• Close the browser. Restart the brower.
• Go back to www.guisd.org.

The above instructions work over 95% of the time. If you still cannot connect, try another computer. Computer labs are prone to connection problems.
